Rop Gonggrijp

At my school, University Zuyd, we have to attend an x number of talks about numerous subjects. Usually this involves a mediocre speakers from some local company, giving a superficial talk about uninteresting things. The talks I attended were all quite boring. After I completed the “class” I attended an additional talk from a local company called Mediaan, the talk was about FPA which actually introduced me to something new, and potentially useful.
However today for the very first time we had a really good talk. Rop Gonggrijp visited our school, and gave a rant about his own history and things like We Don’t Trust Voting Computers (sorry for the bad translation). Something which I immediately noticed was that this was the first talk which actually packed the room. I didn’t see any free seats. Even multiple teachers attended the talk.

Anyway, I would definitely call the talk a success.
